He loves baby yoga with all the big movements. He’s been really quick with all his gross motor development and is so confident when moving.  People at other groups we go to can’t believe how well and how much he moves for his age!

I very much enjoy baby yoga as it’s a good opportunity to have quality time to interact with your baby as some days can be so busy you don’t always get the chance. It’s a relaxed and happy class helped by the fact that Suzy obviously enjoys what she does. It’s great having time for a coffee and a blether afterwards too !

Sophie has benefited from the classes physically and she recognises some of the songs when I sing them at home. Baby yoga has also increased my confidence in handling her.

The baby massage classes are excellent and lots of fun. The venue is great and I enjoy the chance to chat informally during and after class. I would recommend these classes to anyone with a baby.

Baby 'n' you offers great classes for mums and babies. Rose really enjoyed baby massage,yoga and music classes. Massage is great for bonding and relaxing. Yoga is good fun and it's amazing to see your baby enjoying being upside down! Music Classes are action packed and helps babies to interact with each other. A lot of the songs involve movement so it's also a good workout for mums! All the classes helped with Rose's development. As a baby she was always happy and contented - now she is a sociable confident toddler who loves to sing and dance!

Baby'n'You classes have played a big part of my weekly activities with my son, Luke, and we have both enjoyed every minute! We have been to baby massage and numerous courses of baby yoga and music classes. Suzy is a very friendly, bubbly person and makes the classes so relaxed and fun. It is now 2 years since I started the classes and I can't wait to take my baby daughter, Matilda, to her first yoga class. I am sure she will love it as much as her big brother!

I began attending Suzy's Baby Massage and Yoga Classes when my daughter Eva was 16 weeks old. I wish we had gone along sooner! The classes were excellent and Suzy was so friendly and welcoming. We've even made some wonderful friends for life, who we meet up with regularly.

HypnoBirthing® and Baby Calming

The Hypnobirthing course was absolutely fantastic! The practical advice, discussion and relaxation techniques were all brilliant and we felt really well informed and confident. We opted for a hospital delivery but maintained control of this and had a wonderful relaxing drug-free birthing experience. I highly recommend this course.

Baby Calming: The techniques are simple and amazingly effective. The course should be compulsory!

I've been taking my 5 week old son to Suzy's massage classes for 2 weeks and I've found it a great way to bond further with him and gain the confidence of handling and soothing a newborn. I've managed to pass on some of the techniques to my husband so he can also bond more and pacify him as part of bedtime routine. The classes are very friendly and laid back with a maximum of 8 babies. The added bonus has been that I've met more local new mums too.
